For over 20 years, I have studied and implemented transformational principles, at the individual level and the team level, in both private and public organizations. And I candidly tell you that in the beginning I didn’t always get it right. In the beginning, I allowed myself to believe in the condition-based principles of not enough - time, freedom, knowledge, credentials. Then I began to use the possibility-driven transformational principles to live the life I really wanted.

I now teach clients about those principles, so they too stop the cycle of trying to swim upstream in the river. Instead, they learn to go with the current and use it to their advantage – designing and living the life they desire and deserve.
